Steve Dash 0
I can get the wifi to work on my Scansnap Evernote edition software and scanner. Followed the instructions, used the wifi set-up tool and everything seemed to work. When I unplugged the USB cord, the wifi stopped. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,130 Posted April 14, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted April 14, 2014 Does your scanner have a separate power lead? Despite the badge, the scanner is manufactured by Fujitsu - you may be better off contacting their help desk... Link to comment
Steve Dash 0
The scanner does have a separate power lead. I'm very familiar with the scanner. I have the similar model Fujitsu Scansnap and the wifi worked from the start. This scanner uses a special Evernote wifi set up utility. I can't find help from Evernote or Fujitsu. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,130 Posted April 14, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted April 14, 2014 OK - I was just testing with the power lead. Looking on the Fujitsu support pages I find that Evernote support the Evernote edition scanner via this page, and the technical support link goes straight to the usual support page So I guess it's a support ticket (see above) or the chat line for more information...
