"You can also search by..." options grayed out

Hi all,

using Evernote (free version) on my Mac I see that the all the search options - in the search field - after "Notes created this week" in "You can also search by..." are grayed out...

 

Anyone may tell me why?

Hi Marco,

 

I cannot.  But I can tell you I'm seeing the exact same thing.  I contacted Evernote Premium chat support, and the tech confirmed that this was unusual.  I now have a support ticket for this issue.

 

I'm brand new to Evernote, so I have no idea what the standard trouble-shooting steps are, nor can I guess at a time-line for a fix.
