Outlook Message with File - Evernote Receives File as Image

I am using Evernote and Outlook 2010.  When I send an email message to Evernote using the add on button within Outlook, the file on the iPad is seen as an image.  It looks like there is pdf file there but when you tap - it simply opens the Image viewer and shows the image of the icon.

 

If I view the note on a Windows PC runing the current version of Evernote - it works fine and opens the file in the native applicaiton (pdg, Word, etc)

 

What am I doing wrong?

So your problem is with the appearance of the note and the attachment in iPad?  Do you have an app installed that will open PDF files?  Sounds like it is able to display content but not edit it at present.
