Postach.io problem

Hello,

I set up my class on Evernote/postachio as portfolios. It has been going fine.

 

Today one student is unable to log into his postachio account. He signs in but it goes direct to 'create your first site'. Any solutions?

I might suggest that this student use the little question mark (?) at the bottom right of the postach.io website to contact support, they should get him sorted out. 

 

I have not experienced this issue before so and if it is an account related issue, this will be postach.io's domain. 
 

One thing to check is that since Postach.io uses your evernote log-in to log in, perhaps tell your student to make sure he is currently logged in to the CORRECT Evernote account in his browser.
