rogerscuall 0
Is there any way to integrate the tags from Evernote and the MacOS tags? I think that could be really nice to be able to search from Spotlight information on your Evernote documents as well as you can do it with Chrome. Thanks. Link to comment
ScottLougheed 1,316
To be honest I had never thought about this until you mentioned it, so I thought I'd test it out and it actually seems to be possible already. I created a folder called "testing" on my hard drive. I created a tag called "88987" in Finder (a random string of characters that is unlikely to appear in any other file or note) and applied it to the "testing" folder. I then picked a random note in Evernote and added that same 88987 tag. When I type 88987 into spotlight, both the folder called "testing" located on my computer's desktop, and the Evernote note with that tag show up, as seen in the following screenshot:https://www.evernote.com/shard/s25/sh/e6bc6f3c-c89c-4b06-8368-4bbc0aa0fa8f/03fbed6b92253cc7035c8a0b3b12b3d4 Link to comment
