speech-to-text annoying notification chime

Every time I start up a speech-to-text note a loud chime sounds and it chimes again at the end of each spoken phrase and also a regular intervals if nothing is said.

 

Love the function and its accuracy is wonderful. But this sound is really annoying.

 

How do you turn this blood thing off?
