ron bunzl 1 Posted March 17, 2014 Share Posted March 17, 2014 After having changed my Google password my Galaxy S4 had trouble connecting various apps.Fixed everything now except evernote widget speech-to-texteach time I launch the widget I get this error message:"transcription doesn't work offline.Please try again later or use basic audio capture.nothing I do helps to fix this problem.
