Robert M. Burns 18 Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 I recently had my Windows machines (laptop and desktop) not match the cloud. They are off by one record. Cloud is one record less than the two Windows machines. I have an iphone and an android and both match the cloud. It seems there may be an indexing issue as both Windows machines are consistent. I tried re-downloading on both of them and both have the same record count, which is one higher than the cloud. Does Evernote maintain a separate index for Windows machines that connect? If so, is there a means of resetting it? Please advise. Link to comment
