The text says it was received, but did not understand the email address. I have not changed my email address. Anyone know what might be the problem? All emails without photos go through fine, just happens when I send a photo.Thanks, Jennifer Link to comment
ScottLougheed 1,316 Posted March 8, 2014 Share Posted March 8, 2014 Hmmm just tried this out and had no problems sending a photo about 1mb in size to Evernote over email. How large are these photos? Are you a free or premium user? Link to comment
gudirutta 0 Posted March 9, 2014 Author Share Posted March 9, 2014 This what is happening...from both ipad and iphone. If I pull up a photo directly from my camera roll and send directly to my En email address, I get the fail message. However, if I forward the photo to my regular gmail account first then send it to EN from gmail, it goes through no problem. I am a premium user, plenty of space available. The photos are under 850 kb. Link to comment
