spotted_pony 0 Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 Attempting to install Evernote for Windows on Windows 7 Home Premium system. Have a Wacom Capture tablet with it's Bamboo Dock application installed. Installation of Evernote fails - error message received that Evernote was already installed by another user. Uninstalled the Wacom tablet and Bamboo Dock, and reattempted Evernote install with same message received. Reinstalled tablet and its software. Mini Evernote app in the Bamboo software present, but does not activate Evernote. Tried removing the mini app from Bamboo Dock. Still unable to install full version of Evernote. Need help! I'd suggest you uninstall things using Revo Uninstall to completely remove any registry settings if and when you do so. Meanwhile have a look at http://discussion.evernote.com/topic/22282-%E2%9C%94-latest-evernote-cant-be-installed-after-old-version-not-uninstalled-properly/page-14 for instructions on how to fix the 'other user' issue.
