(Archived) Importing tags with no note linkage

I apologize in advance if this has been discussed.

I would like to import tags in list form (probably around a thousand) that have no previous note linkage.

This would be in anticipation of a large project where I will be importing new notes and don't want to have to type new tags for them.

You can create tags individually in the clients or web interface even without any notes, but there's no way to bulk-create a bunch of "empty" tags for use later.
