Problem with premium suscription Google Play

Hi - do you have access to Evernote on a desktop?  Check your account via a PC web browser or open the desktop client on your computer and check your account status.  A purchase does take a little time to work its way through the system,  as do support requests.  You've raised a support ticket so as soon as Evernote has investigated someone will get back to you...

I flagged this to the forum admins for you - the problem may be that you still show as a fremium user;  support requests get dealt with as time permits.  Premium users get priority (and yes,  I know you are/ should be,  but if the computer says you're not...)
