Soda Pop Jerks 4
It just dawned on me that my notes may potentially reveal my geographic location/location history when we share them. In testing the public links, location isn't shown within the browser, but what if we were to "Save to Evernote"? Does anyone have knowledge on this? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,066 Posted February 22, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted February 22, 2014 Why don't you share a note with yourself - using another email address - and see what information is available? The "i" (for information) icon would show (I think) any location information that is stored for a specific note. That information can be deleted if you require, and you should be able to set your preferences not to include location automatically if that's preferred. Link to comment
