Can bundled Premium voucher be used to extend existing Premium subscription?

The IRIScan Book Executive 3 comes with "Free 1-year Evernote® Premium voucher (worth 45 €/$)." If you already are a Premium Evernote subscriber, does anyone know if you can use this to extend your existing subscription, or is it just a new-accounts-only offer?  Thanks!

Is the voucher in the form of a gift code? If so, it can be entered here: http://evernote.com/partner/retail/

 

Users who are already Premium should be issued an equivalent number of points (10 Pts = 1 month of Premium) and can use those however they wish--to extend their subscription, add a month long quota bump, etc.

 

If it's something other than a gift code, I may have to check into the offer.

Thank you, gbarry.  I have no idea what form the "voucher" takes -- which is why I'm asking here.  :)  It's included in the sealed box of a product I haven't yet ordered.  If I can actually use the voucher to extend my own account, then the total product is quite a bargain ... and that's what I'm trying to find out. :)

The answer to my question turns out to be YES:  if you've already got an Evernote account, you can use the included voucher to add another year to your Evernote Premium subscription.  The voucher redemption page explains all:

Thanks for following up Robert! I was actually about to check on the promotion this evening--we've been launching a new support channel that has been stretching me a bit in responding to my involved threads.

 

Thanks for the additional sleuthing for other users who might be interested, and let us know if you do end up ordering IRIScan and taking advantage of the Premium offer.
