The note link refers to a note that no longer exists - error

Hi, the webclipper 6.1 on Windows 7 Chrome has been doing the following in recent days:

 

When I clip a webpage and then click on the the "Open in Evernote" button it opens the note in my web browser and also tried to open it in my Evernote client, and I get the error: "The note link refers to a note that no longer exists".  Please see the attached image.

 

What could be my troubleshooting steps to solve this?

This is a known issue that will be fixed within short.
