I like using the card view. It would be nice if there were an icon that indicated that there are PDF comments in the document. Even better would be clicking that icon would ONLY show the comments/highlights the far right pane (the pane that normally shows the PDF). I'm thinking the alternate view would be similar to what the PDF commenting panes does today. This would prevent me from having to open the document with acrobat to see the highlighted comments & my corresponding notes.
