I've read on this forum that if I reinstall the app, that the sync issues will go away. I'm concerned that I'll lose the notes on the app that I've created since the syncing issue started. Any thoughts on how to proceed without losing my work? Thank you! Link to comment

BurgersNFries 2,407 Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 I agree with GM that uninstalling will probably mean you lose any unsync'd notes. However, you should be able to email any unsync'd notes directly to your EN account before uninstalling. (You can get your direct to EN email address by logging into the web client & going to the settings page.) Link to comment
