BobMazanec 0
Loving Saved Searches and that they sync across devices...but...they're sorted 'oddly' on Mac OS X (EN 5.4.4 402231) and iOS (EN 7.2.1). I created a number of saved searches with names of the form "<char> <ASCII value>"e.g., "-" is ASCII 45 and "?" is ASCII 63 so I made saved searches "- 45" and "? 63" On the web, the searches are sorted in ascending ASCII sort order as I'd expect:! 33 " 34 # 35 $ 36 etc.OS X & iOS, however, sort like this:- 45 , 44 ; 59 : 58 ! 33 ? 63 . 46 ' 39 " 34 ( 40 ) 41 @ 64 ' 42 / 47 & 38 # 35 % 37 + 43 < 60 = 61 > 62 $ 36 0 48 ... Do others see this? Is it documented somewhere? (I have searched & perused, but haven't found any existing discussion of this; pointers to things I've missed humbly & gratefully accepted, too) TIA bob Link to comment
