Anonymous11235813 0 Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 Hi All, I'd like to add a shortcut to a specific note to my Windows 7 desktop. I have tried to "Copy Note Link," but when I right-click on my Windows 7 desktop the "Paste Shortcut" option is grayed out. I believe I was able to successfully do this prior to updating to EN5 but I may be wrong. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted January 23, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted January 23, 2014 On Windows 8 desktop, my right click menu is the same - 'paste shortcut' is greyed out. Can't remember whether that's always been the case, but it is possible to choose New > Shortcut which pops up a dialogue box asking for the URL of the link which you can then paste and name the shortcut...
