So, I moved and had to get a new internet service. I also used my sky wifi pen that uploads visual and audio notes to ever note. When I plugged in my pen to the computer it only added the visual notes but did not put the audio with this. I can not figure out how to get the audio portion to load at all or even get it to sync with the corresponding visual notes in the notebook. I can touch the notebook and it will play the audio but it won't load to my computer or anything.
I use mac products and don't have the premium version.
Can anyone tell me what to do to solve this problem?
