Changes Lost! Last ten days of changed notes lost?

I've been amending a note every other day for since Christmas--and syncing on computer after each change.  It's been working fine until today when all changes since December 26 have been lost.  Quite upsetting.

 

I usually only use the sync button, top left, to sync.  I've begun to use the File/Save menu also.

 

Does someone know what's happened?

Check evernote.com to see if your content has been sync'd up to the Service and open a support ticket ASAP.

Have you always used the same computer/device?  If you switch to another computer & do not sync the changes DOWN before making any changes to the note from the 2nd computer, that will cause data loss.  If you have a premium account, you can view the note history, which is taken about once every eight hours.

Thanks BurgerNFries.  I've been using a new Mac for the majority of changes, but also adding/amending notes from iPhone and iPads.
