Processeng01 0
Hi all Not sure, if a similar topic has been posted but here goes: I used to have an android phone with evernote installed. After it was broken, I bought another android phone and tried to download evernote to it too. Whenever I tried downloading the software, the google play displayed my old phone's model name and did not allow me to download the software. It also tells me it is already downloaded. Any ideas how to get around this problem? Regards Processeng01 Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,395 Posted January 6, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted January 6, 2014 Hi - that's a Google Play problem, not an Evernote one.. if you go to the Play home page (on a desktop) and click the 'cog' icon in the top right corner you'll see some options - try 'device manager' where I believe you can add and remove devices. I have two phones installed there. Link to comment
