My evernote got deactivated without any warning.

I can't access my account. It says my account was deactivated. I have some really important files, links and work related documents there. Photos and stuff. I really need to access my account again. Hope to hear response from Evernote and hope to get my account get reactivated. and I'm not a premium user too. :/ That's why I'm worried that my files won't be retrieved anymore. Pardon my grammar. It's not my first language.

Sorry to hear about the problem. You best course of action is to contact Evernote Support. (Monday to Friday - hours are based on California time zone). Keep in mind that Premium users will get priority service over free users.

Hi Jgarfin, welcome to the forum

It is possible to deactivate your account from within the settings. Whether you did this or not, I don't know.

You should be able to reactivate it though:

To reactivate an inactive account, just login using the inactive username and password, then follow the instructions.

I would also try clicking on the blue text in the red box, that says reactivate it.

I tried making another evernote. And attempted to create a back up of my work. But the sync on evernote windows is not working also. Every time I press sync when I'm done copying all my .enex file from my previous evernote. It says synchronization complete. But when I check evernote in web. It haven't changed. I tried it in multiple PC's. Like installing evernote in another pc and doing the same activity over again but all I get is same result saying sync is complete but in evernote web. Nothing changed.

I tried it. I tried Clicking the "reactivate" button. The one written in Blue font. Follow instruction. It asked for email. Obviously I'll put the email associated with the evernote that got activated. Then I clicked reactivate. But all it gives me is this.

I didn't. I never changed my email. And I already contacted support. My only problem is it's weekend and I'm not also a Premium member. so maybe I'll get result in a few days or so. I already got Ticket #. I was just looking if there's any other way on how to reactivate my account. Really need it asap. Cause can't progress on work without the files who got lost. :/

Your user name displayed in the image you posted is voteforme13. This may have caused a mod to flag you as a spammer, I don't know. But you are currently not flagged as a spammer. Still, I would suggest maybe using a less spammy user name.

Is that so? But I am not clearly a spammer. I used voteforme13 for segregation purposes. So that I would know what work is on that Evernote and what's not. Maybe if my account got reactivate I would change it's username if that's the reason. Anyway is there still any chance of me recovering the files that have lost? Or the evernote account itself. Will I get high percentage of chance getting my account back or reactivating it back? Any response is highly appreciated. thanks. God Bless you all to those people who responded on my Thread. I have just deactivated and reactivated my test account, and it appeared to work correctly. Are you sure that is the email address that is associated with the account that was deactivated?

I didn't say it should & I didn't say it did.  I did say it MAY have caused a mod to flag it b/c it is rather spammy & may have appeared to a mod to be a spammer.  I don't know.
