How we can read unread / read notes count from evernote ?

I just want to display evernote unread(grey color) / read(black color) note items with diffenent color format in one of my application.

Evernote does not monitor how many/which notes you've read.

That's a different question, but the answer is only if the notes you write in are in a notebook that you have shared with someone else.
