Handling audio files in an iPad (.m4a files)

I recorded an audio file using the "add attachment" option while running Evernote in an iPad mini.  The resulting file was a large one (100+ Mb) and I cannot sync the note.  I want to be able to copy the audio file to another place or to another software where I can use it with other programs and then delete the note.

 

Is there any way I can do this?

!00+MB is a very long recording or some kind of a glitch.  It's also over the maximum size for a note.  Extract the .M4A file and edit it (if you can) in other software - you'll have to remove it from the note to allow a sync.
