sandylocks 0 Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 Somehow the clipping command is now stuck and the same note is being clipped hundreds, now thousands of times. My computer is virtually unusable now. I wrote customer service about this last week; fortunately it stopped when my monthly quote was full by now that I am a premium member this could go on for hours. Has this happened to anyone? How can I turn this thing off? Link to comment
engberg 89 Posted May 31, 2009 Share Posted May 31, 2009 Which Evernote client are you using (Windows or Mac)? What version of the software is installed?Is this clipping coming from a web page, or is it creating a note from (e.g.) an automatic import directory on your computer? Link to comment
