(Archived) Import from flat file?

I went to upgrade my android phone and previously used Catch. Found out the hard way they are no longer in business.. I was able to export my data to a flat file format so each record is a line in the file. Is there a way to import this file into Evernote so each line is a separate note in one fell swoop?
