(Archived) (Archived) Scanner?

I read somewhere that the app for Android has a built in scanner.  Is that true?  If so, where?  I can't seem to find it and I am running the latest app on Android 4.3

 

If not, what are the best options out there?

Not sure what you mean by having a "built-in scanner", but it does integrate with the camera.
