Hi. Welcome to the forums. Go into your folder, select all, and drag them into an Evernote notebook. That's it! 

 

If there is a lot of data, you don't want to hit your limit, so you might want to create a local notebook, drag them into there first, and then move them into a synced notebook over time.

True. If you want multiple files per note, instead of dragging into a notebook, you would drag into a note.

I'd like to drag multiple files in evernote but I want a separate note for each one.

When I drag them, they all are attached to a single note, instead.

I use Evernote for windows 7.
