(Archived) cmd-ctrl-e. Where it works and where not.

I took some time and tried quite a few buttons and input fields inside Evernote (fullscreen, Version 5.4.3 (402230)), if i could reach the search field with the "system wide shortcut" cmd-ctrl-e. 

 

Here are my results. Every green arrow indicates the correct refocus to the search field when hitting the shortcut.

 

Notice

• that even in presentation mode the shortcut works
• that a note gets sent to trash without any warning message
• that hitting the shortcut twice will loose the entire focus.

What annoys me most is the missing function of switching from the tags field to the search field...
