Hi.. I shared some notes between two accounts(old and new one) yesterday. And they appear below joined notebook. My question here is "If I deleted those notes on one account (let's it be original account), will those notes be deleted in new account? Help,I'm new to Evernote.. Thanks in advance..

Yes. The notes only reside in one account. (Hence the name 'shared'.) So if either the account owner or someone with write permissions deletes the note, they are deleting it from the account it resides in.
