(Archived) Can't see attachments in shared business note

I use Mac and have created a business notebook that I'm sharing with an employee using Windows.  When I create a new note in the biz notebook and attach a file to that note , he can see the note but can not see the attachment, even after synching.  This problem started in last 2 weeks. Permissions are set for us both to modify notes.  Any idea how to fix this problem?    (Another change thT has occurred is that Evernote displays a 'quick look' view of the attachment. Does this contribute to the problem? )
