Evernote on Mavericks not using Calendar events to create Note titles

Hoping for some help...

I could have sworn that Evernote on my Mac would at one time populate the calendar event in the title when creating a new note, as it does on iOS. But at some point this behavior, assuming it was ever possible, stopped working. I don't recall denying permission for Evernote to access my Calendar, and as you can see in the attached screenshots, while there is an option for me to allow Contacts under Security and Privacy, no such option appears for Evernote under Calendar.

I have so far been unable to find a way to force a prompt to allow access. Any ideas?

Running Evernote 5.4.4 (non-Mac App Store version) on OS X Mavericks.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated!

I've never seen this happen on my Mac with either Evernote Ver 3.x or Ver 5.x., running either Lion or Mt. Lion on the Mac.

Hey JMichael, so you never had note titles created using calendar events on your Mac? Strange, maybe I just imagined it, but I could have sworn it worked at one point....

Thanks Jack, I would love to see this make it's way into your OS X products, but in the meantime I can cease my fruitless search to find an answer to an unanswerable question.

Thanks,
