Hi, I hope there's a way for me to set the Notebooks or a specific notebook as my main page in Evernote Mobile App Android. Thanks!

If you're talking about setting your home page to show notebooks or notes,  then the answer is no.  Closest you'll get is the large Widget which allows you to choose a notebook (or tag etc) from which to show notes.
