When ever i restart my laptop (Windows 7)

A whole lot of sticky notes open up both blank and ones that i have tried to delete

How do i avoid this

I'm not sure I understand how this is related to Evernote. Can you explain a bit more?

What i mean is i have dowloaded evernote sticky notes 

and when i reboot my laptop a  whole lot of blank  sticky notes open up  toghether with the cuurent sticky notes i am using

Evernote does not have sticky notes. IIRC, there may be a third party app that does this. You should contact them.

Is this the product you have? If these are what you are seeing you will have to contact the developer that has made this app via the website above. From what you have told us this does not appear to be an Evernote issue.
