(Archived) Copy Image causes crash - 2.7.1

Updated to 2.7.1 earlier today

Using Crosshair Shapshot and the image is brought into the Skitch workspace

 

Menu path of both below causes skitch to crash.

Edit -> Copy

Edit -> Copy Image

 

Looking at the dump log available upon relaunch...

Exception Type:  SIGTRAP

Exception Codes:  TRAP_BRKPT at 0x7fff85abf8f4

 

OSX 10.9.0

 

Any thoughts?

Hi,

I am not seeing that issue. Do you see it frequently? Is there something specific that you are doing or with your software environment that causes it to happen?

Just upgraded from 2.7 to 2.7.1 this afternoon...so the usage has been limited.  However, every time I have tried to COPY to clipboard for pasting into Word it will crash.

 

Nothing specific or out of the ordinary with the software on my Air.

 

I did upgrade from 2.7 to 2.7.1 with the pop-up inside of Skitch.

Think I will delete the app and download 2.7.1 fresh and see if anything changes.

 

Appreciate any ideas.

The original up from 2.7 to 2.7.1 was done through a pop-up in the Skitch application.  The app store still only has version 2.7 out there...so I've been using 2.7

 

Now that you reminded me...I did just download 2.7.1 from evernote.com/skitch...and the Copy / Copy Image seems to be working as expected.  All seems to be right in my little Skitch world again.
