(Archived) Is it possible to tag a note from within a note?

I am a Premium Evernote user and thought I could tag one note inside another note but cannot figure out how to do this.

I know of no way to tag a note inside of another note. Because notes are discrete, one note doesn't know anything about another note (though it is possible to add a link to another note to a note).
