(Archived) Paid for Premium but still showing up as free account

I paid for Premium in October but account is still showing up as a free account.  I have tried to contact support but have been unsuccessful.  The support help page allows me to login but then does not allow me to enter my problem.  Very frustrating.

 

I have logged out and back on to see if it updated and it has not.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Have you logged into your account from the web client to see if it's set up as free or premium? If it shows premium, have you synced your device?
