(Archived) Feature request - Right click on Notebook / "New Note"

It just seems logical that you should be able to create a new note by right clicking on Notebook.
 

I know you can use Ctrl-N but a mouse right click / Add Note would be good and a logical addition for creating a new note in a Notebook.
