(Archived) IOS 7.04 and iphone evernote appending (slow and gui jumps)

Double tapping on the screen and it's VERY slow to get in keyboard mode. This happened after the 7.04 IOS update on the Iphone. Once it does go into keyboard mode the cursor often ends up on a completely different paragraph. Anyone else experiencing this?

 

Also, hitting sync on the desktop version, then opening that same note on mobile the same note isn't syncing up correctly regardless if I open, close, open the note. I have to close and reopen app to sync. Not sure if this is Evernote or ios specific (I do have background update on).
