(Archived) Keynote Files Stored as Zipped Packages in EN

I receive the message "The file 'Reflective Learning copy.key' is a Mac OS X package" whenever I drag a keynote file into EN. EN then stores the file as a zipped package. I've tried this with multiple Keynote files, and EN refuses to store them as a simple Keynote file. I believe that this started when I updated to Keynote 6.0, and I'm currently running EN 5.4.1 for Mac. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

Thank you! Didn't realize that this happens with all iWork software so I only searched for "Keynote".
