(Archived) Store PDF in note as icon

Hi,

Is there any way to add a PDF to a note without the pdf being rendered within the note - so that it is saved as a file which I can drag out and onto my desktop. My work around at the moment is to zip the pdf, but this is less than ideal.

Hold down the ctrl key when dragging it into a note. Then you can choose to attach as, well, an attachment. Works in Windows.
