(Archived) Is there a way to negate tags or filter notes that have no tags?

I would like to be able to filter only those notes thaqt don't have a particular tag (along with other tags that are not negated). For example I'd like to list all notes that have "the Information" tag but not the "personal" tag.

tag:the information tag:-personal

I tried to do that on the windows client. It did not work. However, this did work:  

 

tag:the information -tag:personal

Yes, the '-' goes before the 'tag:' term: -tag:sometag. You should quote tag names with spaces in them: -tag:"tag with spaces"
