Korean language input problem

When iOS 7 came out, the Korean keyboard, which had worked just fine, didn't work properly. But after they updated it and iWorks, it works now in both iWorks and Evernote.

But now, in Evernote, it makes the same error frequently, even though not all the time.

In Korean, one character is composed of 2-4 strokes, usually the first 2 stand by themselves and the last 2 goes underneath the previous strokes. But here in Evernote, the last 2 don't go underneath the previous 2 sometimes. If it doesn't work I would report as consistent error, but it works most of the times and it make trouble 1 in every 3-4 lines. Because of it, I cannot spead up with my typing. I have to look at the screen while I type.

예를 들어서 이런 모야ㅇ이 됩니다. 특히 신소ㄱ히 타이핑을 하는 경우에는 이러한 현상이 더 마ㄴㅎ이 나타나고 있습니다. 누구든지 이 문제를 해결하신 분이 계시면 도움을 주시기 바랍니다.

I've experienced the same problem and this bugs still happens. Over the 4 months and no patches...

해당 문제는 Web View 를 지원하는 에디터에서 동일하게 발생하는 iOS 7 자체 문제임이 확인되었습니다.
에버노트에서는 해당 문제 해결을 위해 Apple 사에게 관련 이슈 파일링, 임원을 통한 여러번의 직접 메일 전달 등을 통해 거듭 수정을 요청하였으나 안타깝게도 아직까지 해당 문제가 해결되지 않고 있습니다.
또한, iOS 7.1 업데이트 이 후에도 해당 문제가 재발되고 있습니다.
해당 문제는 여전히 동일 기능을 사용하는 애플리케이션에서 동일하게 발생되고 있습니다. (Gmail for iOS, Mailbox, Boxer 및 Safari 등)

에버노트에서는 오래전 부터 해당 문제를 최상위 이슈로 관리되고 있습니다.
또한, 특히나 기록이 많은 에버노트에서는 다른 애플리케이션에 비해 해당 문제가 더욱 두드러지고 있습니다.
