Can anyone explain how I can uninstall or upgrade again my ios7 en 7 so I can retrieve my notes.

Hm. I don't know wht exactly you are referring to. You cannot "upgrade" to ioS, you can only upgrade to a "premium" account, is this what you mean?

Or maybe your daughter installed IoS in addition to your desktop app?

If so, that should not make any difference for your notes.

You may have created 2 accounts by accident. In that case you need to sign in to the correct account to see your notes. 

Please clarify, so that someone can help you.

My guess is that your grand-daughter upgraded your iOS device from iOS 6 to iOS 7. You should be able to see your notes just fine. Could you give us a little more detail about what you are / aren't seeing? Thanks!
