(Archived) Can't clip PDFs with Adobe Snapshot tool?

In EN2, I could clip out a section of a pdf using the snapshoot tool inside acrobat and then paste it into a note by going to file -> paste (or ctrl+v). However, I can't seem to get it to work in EN3 web version. When I snapshot a section of a pdg, then go back to EN & right-click paste (or ctrl+v) inside a new note, nothing happens. This is important to me, as I like to piece out important sections of a multi-page .pdf file & click them into EN. Am I missing something?

You're not going to be able to paste from a desktop application to a web UI, except for plain text. Images and rich text will typically not paste into a web app.

But you should be able to paste into the desktop application on either Windows or Mac:
