(Archived) After EN iPad update, can't log back in

My iPad's EN was updated today.  When I tried to log in, I couldn't get past the Google authentication page.

 

I tried using the code from

 

1)  My iphone Authenticator app, using the specific Evernote code

2) Texting a new code via SMS to my iPhone

3) Using a 16 digit back up code

 

None of these codes get me past the Enter Code iOS (iPad) dialog.

 

Help!
