I clipped some webpages.

 

After simplifying the format, all the space between paragraphs disappeared.

 

Is it possible to automatically insert blank lines between paragraphs?

Nope. Unless there's a third-party tool available for this, you're most likely out of luck, and will need to do it by hand.

If you have the original page URL,  try copying the content into a word-processor first and check that the paragraphs actually have proper paragraph breaks between them.  You might be able to do something with search and replace to clean things up before moving it to Evernote.

I wrote a VBA in Word to batchwise modify the exported html files which are then imported back to Evernote.
