(Archived) Adding Evernote server to whitelist

I use a program on my Mac that restricts internet access, to prevent me wasting time on facebook/news sites etc. I can add specific domains to the 'whitelist' that I am still allowed to access. And so since I use Evernote for my research I would like to be able to continue to sync Evernote even when the firewall program is running. Is it as simple as adding 'evernote.com', or is there another specific domain that I should add to allow access?

Depends whether you use Evernote to clip other web pages or want to use the URLs embedded in cliipped notes.  The obvious ploy would seem to be:

1. whitelist Evernote.com
2. proceed with normal operations
3. see what happens...
