Hi there. New forum member here. Really love Evernote - been a premium user for a while and then bought the Evernote Moleskine notebook with Premium voucher. Tried over and over again but it doesn't work. Emailed Evernote support 5 times and no reply. Can anyone help?? Many thanks...

Where/how are you attempting to enter the voucher info?

 

If you need to contact support, you do not email them, you need to submit a support ticket or premium users can use the chat.  (See my sig.)  This is pointed out on the support page of the website.

Hi. If you have a support ticket (see the link in my signature), then they will email you with a support ticket number, and you can respond to that email. It may take some time, though, for them to answer -- usually less than a day. Could you post your ticket number here (if you have it)?

I've tried via Moleskine and Evernote web pages - nothing seems to work. I get a notice saying 'Unexpected Error. It has not been possible to redeem your code. Please try again later'.
